The Scone of the Week is Guava and Swiss cheese to celebrate our latin heritage in time for downtown Ithaca’s Annual Latin Heritage Festival! These hefty guys are made using the same locally grown + organic flour that is in our sourdough and local + pasture raised eggs used in our other bakes.
A little sweetness from the guava combined with a fatty cheese makes for a decadent treat :)
