The Scone of the Week is Apple and Brown Butter to celebrate the Brooktondale Apple Festival! These hefty guys are made using the same locally grown + organic flour that is in our sourdough and local + pasture raised eggs used in our other bakes.
A little sweetness from the apple combined with a caramelly browned butter makes for a decadent treat :)
